Pay As You Go
Pay As You Go customers are charged £100 per call out and a further fee of £50 per hour is charged for all additional labour. A Pulse team will be made available to attend to enquiries within 5 working days.
All machine specific parts, consumables, upholstery, strength cables and belts are charged separately and, on a case-by-case basis.

Premium Service
Premium service contract customers will receive complimentary call outs and labour and Pulse team member will attend to any enquiries within 2-3 working days.

Replacement machine specific parts (including strength cables and belts) are included within the service.

Consumables, upholstery, software updates and treadmill beds and belts are not included as part of the premium service offering and will be charged separately.

Please note: A full annual service is not included.

Please choose from the delivery and collection options below:

1. Delivery & Installation

Direct Delivery

• Ideal for larger pieces of kit or equipment (eg. Ex-commercial fitness facility equipment) and available on all orders over £10,000 in value.Your Pulse Resale equipment will be delivered directly to you on a confirmed date and time by our friendly and knowledgeable Pulse team.

Installation

• Once unloaded in its new home, your equipment will be professionally installed and re-tested. Any excess packaging will be removed and recycled.
• Installation to ground floor spaces will be charged at 5% of the invoice value. While installation on first or second floor facilities will be charged at 10%. [Please note: The cost of the installation service may vary depending on location within the UK and the installation location within the building.]

2. Kerbside Delivery

• If you have enough resource onsite (and a ground floor install), then the Kerbside Delivery option maybe best for you. As with all delivery options, the Pulse team will deliver the equipment directly to you on your selected date and time.
• The Kerbside Delivery option is charged at 2.5% of the invoice value.

3. Free Collection

• Free collection from our Cheshire-based HQ is offered on all orders. Your new Pulse Resale equipment will be assembled and prepared for loading at your confirmed collection time. Our Pulse warehouse team will be on hand to help you load you’re your vehicle.Collection from:

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We take great care in ensuring our products are packaged to the best standards possible, however in very rare cases, items can get damaged!
We would encourage all our customers to fully inspect each item upon arrival and contact Pulse immediately regarding any unexpected issues. Failure to do so will void any warranties and negate any right to a refund.
(Please note: Once items have been collected from our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the customer to carry out equipment inspections.)

1. New

Brand-new equipment, surplus from previous lines.

NB: All new items will be identified as such.

2. Ex-Demo

Equipment that has moderate to light previous use through demonstration or display.

3. A, B & C Grade Equipment

Grade A

A-Grade equipment has been quality checked and is fully operational.  It has been cleaned to an industry standard, fully-serviced, any visually damaged parts have been replaced and upholstery has been replaced throughout.  The product itself may have minor scratches.

Grade B

B-Grade equipment is fully operational.  It has been cleaned to an industry standard, fully-serviced, any visually damaged cosmetic parts have been replaced and the upholstery has been replaced throughout.  B-Grade equipment been previously used in commercial fitness environment, and as such may have obvious signs of previous use.

Grade C

C-Grade equipment is sold ‘as seen’ but will be in full working order.
